1. WARRANTY POLICY

Hornet is committed to delivering high-quality products and dedicated after-sales service to ensure the best experience for our customers.

Warranty Period:

  • Hornet billiard cues: 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including issues with joints (butt or shaft screws) and weight bolts.

Warranty Conditions:

  • The product is still within the warranty period under Hornet’s policy.

  • The defect results from manufacturing issues such as warping, cracking due to material defects, or technical faults.

  • The customer can provide a valid purchase invoice or confirmation from Hornet.

Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

  • Damage caused by external impact, dropping, improper storage, or mishandling.

  • Products that have been repaired or modified by a third party outside Hornet’s authorized system.

  • Products exceeding the warranty period.


2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Hornet accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.

Return/Exchange Conditions:

  • The product must remain unused, in original condition, and include all accessories.

  • The product has a technical defect from the manufacturer or was damaged during shipping.

  • The customer can provide a valid purchase invoice or confirmation from Hornet.

Return/Exchange Process:

  1. Contact Hornet’s customer service via hotline or email to report the product’s condition.

  2. Send the product to Hornet’s address as instructed.

  3. After inspection, Hornet will provide a replacement or refund as agreed.

Notes:

  • Customers bear the shipping cost for returns or exchanges if the issue is not caused by Hornet.

  • Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
