Hornet is committed to delivering high-quality products and dedicated after-sales service to ensure the best experience for our customers.
Warranty Period:

Hornet billiard cues: 12-month warranty for manufacturing defects, including issues with joints (butt or shaft screws) and weight bolts.
Warranty Conditions:

The product is still within the warranty period under Hornet’s policy.

The defect results from manufacturing issues such as warping, cracking due to material defects, or technical faults.

The customer can provide a valid purchase invoice or confirmation from Hornet.
Cases Not Covered by Warranty:

Damage caused by external impact, dropping, improper storage, or mishandling.

Products that have been repaired or modified by a third party outside Hornet’s authorized system.

Products exceeding the warranty period.
2. RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Hornet accepts returns and exchanges within 7 days from the date of receipt to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
Return/Exchange Conditions:

The product must remain unused, in original condition, and include all accessories.

The product has a technical defect from the manufacturer or was damaged during shipping.

The customer can provide a valid purchase invoice or confirmation from Hornet.
Return/Exchange Process:

Contact Hornet’s customer service via hotline or email to report the product’s condition.

Send the product to Hornet’s address as instructed.

After inspection, Hornet will provide a replacement or refund as agreed.

Customers bear the shipping cost for returns or exchanges if the issue is not caused by Hornet.

Customized or made-to-order products are non-returnable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
